Hi I am Kathy Adams.  I love real estate and all that it entails because I love helping people find or sell homes.  I also love lake homes and have had a lake home for over 30 years, which is why that has become a specialty area for my business.  My other passion is golf, and we are located in a golf resort community as well.  Vacation and second homes are another specialty area that I cover.  I am very familiar with the various lakes and golf courses in our area and can really help clients get exactly what they are looking for.

Dedication to my profession has led me to continue my education in the area of real estate.  I currently hold the ABR, SFR and E-Pro and Certified Negotiation Specialist designations.  Currently, I serve as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Lakes.

Our office, Coldwell Banker Lakes, is located in Canadian Lakes and is very near the surrounding area lake fronts.  We are Mecosta County’s number one water front selling office.  We also have a property management company, Lakes Lodging, to accommodate our clients that would like to put their home in a rental program.
